All orders are sent by tracked courier to UK addresses. Standard delivery is a flat £7.50 per order, however large the order, and delivery is free on everything over £100. Shipping is calculated automatically at the checkout, so you will see the exact cost before you pay. If you need a pallet quantity or a delivery to an address we do not normally cover, call us on 01234 910 660 before ordering and we will arrange it for you.

Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are dispatched the same day, and most UK deliveries arrive the following working day. Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the next working day. We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. If an item is being manufactured to your specification, we will confirm the lead time with you when you place the order.

We email you a confirmation as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you would like an update before then, or your delivery has not arrived when you expected it, email info@linenhouseltd.co.uk or call 01234 910 660 with your order number and we will find out where it is.

Browse the range, choose the size or pack quantity you need, add it to your basket and check out. You do not need an account. For large orders, standing orders, or anything you need branded, embroidered or made to a particular size, it is usually quicker to speak to us directly. Prices on the site are shown excluding VAT, marked Ex.Vat, because most of our customers are trade buyers who reclaim it. VAT is added at the current UK rate at the checkout, and your order confirmation shows the VAT that has been applied.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All card payments are processed over a secure encrypted connection and we never see or store your card details.

If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, choose that option at the checkout and the account details will be shown on screen and emailed to you with your order confirmation. Please quote your order number as the payment reference. Bank transfer orders are dispatched once payment has cleared.
