How much delivery costs, when we dispatch, and what to do if something does not arrive as expected.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses throughout the United Kingdom. If you need delivery to an address we do not normally cover, or a pallet quantity, call us on 01234 910 660 before ordering and we will arrange it.
2. Delivery charges
Standard delivery is a flat £7.50 per order, however large the order. Delivery is free on all orders over £100. The exact charge is calculated at the checkout and shown to you, along with VAT, before you complete your purchase.
3. Dispatch times
Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the next working day. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Where an item is being manufactured to your specification, we will confirm the lead time with you when you place your order.
4. When your order will arrive
Most UK deliveries arrive the working day after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched it is with the courier, and occasional delays outside our control can happen.
5. Orders sent in more than one parcel
Larger orders are sometimes sent as several parcels, and these may not all arrive on the same day. If part of your order has arrived and the rest has not turned up within two working days, contact us and we will check it.
6. Order verification
Orders may be subject to a security check on the payment and delivery details before dispatch. This is rare, and we will contact you if anything is needed from you.
7. If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or later than expected, email info@linenhouseltd.co.uk or call 01234 910 660 with your order number. Returns and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, and your right to cancel is set out in our Terms and Conditions for Online Shopping.
